Set between the Po and the Apennines, the province of Piacenza develops in the western extremity of Emilia-Romagna.

Its territory is shaped by the valleys of the Tidone, Trebbia, Nure and Arda rivers, each characterized by particular settings where nature dominates unchallenged among gentle hills dotted with vines, where the view catches sight of the bell towers between towers and perched fortifications.
